Weigh Day

Welp I did my weigh in today and am down 5 pounds.  I am glad to see some sign of the work on the scale.  Also started up with myfitness pal app again to start keeping better track of what I am eating and how healthy it is.  Have to reduce my sodium is the biggest thing, but then again the amount of water I am drinking should cancel some of that out :)  Had a fun day doing some shopping and running errands today.  My body decided it needed only an hour of sleep last night and an hour for nap so I am interested to see if I sleep tonight.  Not feeling tired at all though.  Little was in a great mood so work was a breeze.  We are venturing down south this weekend for my birthday so I am super excited about that.  Have to pack a bag soon.  I woke up today with an invigoration to get where I want to go.  I have so many goals and even making small steps on those is worth it.  It keeps me moving forward.  I can't keep expecting or wanting huge things to happen over night.  It's the little steps that make up life.
