Today's workout for arms. Getting fit. Doing my best. They say it takes 21 days to make or break a habit. This is day 8 of fitness and water goal. So I am going to push through. I have started seeing the effects of the hydration. My skin is much more supple and I can tell that it is more hydrated. I am eating less because I am full on water so that is a good sign as well. Weight was the same when I weighed this morning so trying to get discourage at that. I'm also supposed to keep in mind that I am building muscle with these workouts which may mean less Weight loss than if I just dieted. Maybe next weeks weigh in will be an even bigger loss. What keeps you motivated?
