Ow that's all I have to say. I know the end result is important when it comes to working out the but the daily grind blows to start out. I feel like I am drowning from the sheer amount of water I have been drinking recently and today was plank day. Started with a regular plank, side planks, hip dips and then a rocking plank. Do those for 30 seconds and rest for 15, do two sets of these. They suck. My abs have been burning all week. I hope that at the end of this I feel as good as this hurts! and just for the hell of it here are my before photos and I am at 179 pounds. Goal Weight: 145 I am trying to lose 20 pounds by April 1st for a wedding I am attending. Wish me luck!
